Hi! My name is Mandy and I was thinking of joining the online weight
watchers program but, was wondering if someone could tell me if this
program is easy enough to maintain in the long run? Also, is it safe
for pregnant women because my sister is due in October and was wanting
to do this program also with me. I'm 22 and she's 27. Also, sorry for
so many questions, is portions easy to calculate while traveling
without using measuring tools? My sister is just looking to keep
herself healthy for her baby and I am looking to lose atleast 65
pounds.

I've been following the different plans for over 6 years now. Fairly easily.

Also, is it safe

Your sister cannot be a member while pregnant, it's against Weight Watchers
policy. As for as safe to follow the program, she has to ask her doctor
about that.

If you measure your portions when at home, you get a good idea of what a
portion looks like. You cannot be totally accurate without measuring tools
though.

My sister is just looking to keep
herself healthy for her baby and I am looking to lose atleast 65
pounds.

welcome, i am sure on line is great but going to the meetings for me is even
better, i use the monthly pass option so i get etools and go to meetings,
there is a pregnant/nursing option that i know little about but have met
lots of women who have used it, calculating portions even if you take the
measuring stuff with you isn't that hard and becomes just habit, I have been
doing this for at least five years, and honestly can't imagine living/eating
any other way, good luck and post often,
