I hope someone can help me. I took Pondimin in 1995. The clinic I used
was in Houston, Tx at 6666 Harwin Dr. I need to know what the clinics
name is or was. I left Houston in 1997 and both pharmacies I used
can't produce my records. WEIRD! Inorder for me to file my claim in
the Fen-Phen litigation I need either the Doctors name, Clinic name,
or records from the pharmacy. I used Phar-mor on Beltway 8, does
anyone have a number for them? I have no records and my name has
changed since my fat period. Any help would be great. Thanks Katrina
