First question: what Magazine?

From what I know about Oprah's success, it's been a lot of hard work and
common sense. I doubt, seriously, that some pill helped her achive what
she
did. I'd be sad too, since I'm using Make the Connection (Bob Green and
Oprah) as the basis of my "program" for weight loss.

up for a while there recently, but I don't watch her show so I really don't
know stuff like that. I've just always rooted for her because it's hard
enough to do this without being in the spotlight.

I have to admire the fact that she's been so up front with the reasons she
wasn't able to maintain her weight losses in the past. I believe she's made
it very clear to most people that crash dieting doesn't work and it takes
sensible eating and exercise. Hopefully she'll be able to maintain this
last weight loss and has found a program that works for her.

I sometimes catch her show on Friday's when I'm off and she's really looking
good.

...if we all had her money and time to spend with a trainer who'd bust our
humps! I am happy for her, but it is much easier when you have those two
things to help you along the way.
