I finally found a name for my diet/exercise regimen, of which most of

snip amusing diet

As a reader of asdl-c, I couldn't understand why you were getting so
much flack about your post poking fun at "named" diets. Since there
have been a few threads stating all one needs is a catchy name and a
plausible premise to start up a new diet and publish a book, I thought
your "medieval diet" was outstanding in that regard.

Then came all the humor impaired people posting critiques. I don't
understand how people could become so apparently offended at your
diet. But I suppose the cross-posting to asd is what did it. :-) I
wonder if the diet would have received better response if you called
it the "Renaissance Faire" diet?
