Well, Core was a bust. Back to basics now - trying calories again.

Don't consider your experience with core a bust. This is a learning
experience. I have never mastered the "eat until satisfied" part of Core so
I don't follow it per the WW plan. I do flex but...

fruit salad

I had one recently that was cut up apples, watermelon, catelope and grapes.
There was some juice with it but it may have been from the watermelon. Very
tasty.

trigger foods now is a great idea. I have found that the chemicals found in
most processed foods, white flour and white sugar...

Doug,

I am the same way. I have incoporated the concepts of both the flex and core
plans into our way of eating as much as possible. Breakfasts and lunches are
always core. Dinner is the problem...

I have one of the older models that only weighs the food. Even a basic food
scale is helpful. It really helps keep us honest about the portion sizes we
put on our plate.

If you are seeing an increase on the scales when first starting up an
exercise program you may be seeing water retention in your muscles. Not

Sort of....I've been in a holding pattern for over a year so my leader

Even our store brands (stop & shop) lite breads are usually 2 slices for 1
point. Look for the highest fiber bread you can. Same with lite rolls and
english muffins. You don't have to buy the WW...

You are calculating it correctly.

The formula is: Your Weight/50 X Intensity Level/85 X Minutes

Where Intensity is 1 for Light, 1.5 for Moderate 2 for Moderate-Heavy and
3.5 for Heavy.

Be careful...
