Anyone tried ALLI (ORLISTAT) ?
Reason I ask is that surgery,lapband/gastric bypass, would be a very last
resort.
I also have bipolar depression with panic/anxiety.
The medication I am on is causing me to gain weight it seems...

On Medication?
Anyone here on a medication that makes it hard to lose weight?
I am on Seroquel,Lamictal,and Xanax.
I don't take the Xanax everyday.
I know Seroquel is notorious about making you gain weight and...

Can I Skip A Day?
I don't feel that well and I don't feel like going to the gym.
I feel guilty for skipping a day.
I suppose I could do some light exercise at home like tummy exercises.
