I really didn't want to go this week. Halloween was bad...way too much
chocolate and I caved too many times. I didn't keep track of points as

Down 2.8 pounds this week for a total loss so far of 7 pounds. I hoping
for that as I have been very good this week (except for last night). I

It seems to me that the US has all the low fat goodies. It is hard to
find low fat treats here in Canada, at least where I live it is. The
only low fat cheese I can find are those horrid Kraft...

I put on a pair of pants today that I hadn't worn for 3 weeks or
