I like the Progresso lite southwestern as well as the vegetable barley.
They are still bad though if you are watching sodium. The soup is 2
points for a full can because it is 120 calories,...

I pulled out the good 0 point soup recipe a substitute leader gave us
last year. It has a good mixture of vegetables though sometimes I just
substitute two bags of Trader Joe's frozen vegetables. ...

I lost the .4 you gained so it's not too bad either way. I've done a
lot of walking and walked for Light the Night on Saturday, which was a

Use something that tastes good. Orowheat now makes a 2 pt. honey wheat
English muffin that tastes like an English muffin. I like the Orowheat
double fiber bread. Some of the tortillas are high...

Instead of journaling as you eat throughout the day, write your day in
advance to add some extra fruit, veggies etc. so you will eat enough and
won't be hungry.
