Any major outlets carrying these:
Super Walmart carries Heinz One Carb Ketchup. I can also be labeled
"Reduced Sugar". It seems to depend on what area of the country you
are in.

My Hero
Canola oil is considered "healthy" because it is low in saturated
fats. Since we now know that saturated fat ISN'T the problem, why use
canola oil?
