Any major outlets carrying these:

Super Walmart carries Heinz One Carb Ketchup. I can also be labeled
"Reduced Sugar". It seems to depend on what area of the country you
are in.

The much dreaded Plateau From Hell!

I went for almost 5 months without losing a pound. It still wasn't

Canola oil is considered "healthy" because it is low in saturated

How much proteins leak into water when cooking vegetables ?

Uhhhh....rice is like one of the last things a person on a low carb
diet should be eating. I know there are a bunch of different plans,
and some people on maintenance can handle rice...but wouldn't...
