USDA food pyramid
I am trying to gain weight.
I have chosen to follow the USDA food pyramid with;
fat 25% of calories
carbs 50% of calories
protien 25% of calories
I am having a difficult time gaining weight.

I would go 25% fat, 25% protein and 50% carbs. I would eat as little sugar,
refined grain and simple starche as possible, complex carbs only. I would
not try and lose more than 2 Lbs or 1 Kg per...
