New All-Time Low
....no it's a good thing. A new all-time low weight. Really I'm just
trying to maintain at this point but somehow I lost some. I'm pretty
sure it's because of the warmer weather and I'm a lot more...

After a solid year of WW and 67 lbs of successful weight loss, making
goal, and becoming lifetime I quit attending monthly meetings. Last
few months I've put on 15 lbs and am now above goal again...

Great Weigh-in
Had a great weigh-in this morning. New all-time low for me. I lost
over 2 pounds this week. 165.0 lbs exactly making my total loss 67.2.
I hit the treadmill hard and was a very disceplined eater...

Well, I made lifetime today. But it was somewhat anti-climatic.
Two weekends ago I visited family in Spokane. I heard they were

I saw in another thread somebody mentioned "WW bread". I've never seen
this before. It's not available at my meeting either. How many points
