Just make sure to get enough fiber too. That's why I eat toasty oats for
breakfast every morning.

I do Manco. I eat a lot of beans and lentils, I love them with a little
olive oil and chopped...

You can add a tablespoon of sugar-free jam or jelly to flavor it for only 10
more calories. I do that when I have fat-free cottage cheese for lunch.
1/2 cup w/the jam = 90c.

Hi

I am close to 40 recently about 5 months ago changed my diet to fruit
or oat meal for BFast, salad(No meat just veggies) or fruits for lunch
and fish, grilled chicken, salads or other healthier...
