Three days of re-dieting

It took that long to undo the Thanksgiving week splurge I took.
3 Days for 3 pounds.
Did someone say something about sensible eating ??????

All is well. I ate like a pig for a few days and started putting the weight
back on. 177 was my target weight, but I went down to 170. Then it started
coming up. I couldn't get to see my Dr....

continuing loss problem

It has been 16 months since I started my WW type diet. I went from 275 to
175 in about 10 months.
Lately my weight has dropped to 171 which is under the 177 I wished to
maintain.

First time in 43 years.

Finally, after 5 days in the 241-243 range, I finally hit 238.0 lbs this
morn. Not since 1966 have I been under 240 lbs. Started at 281.

Finally, broke the ice

Started at 281 and then lost 26 pounds in about 3 weeks. Was never really
starved or obcessed about food. Sort of enjoyed the program. Gave away a
few hundred dollars worth of 'program unfit'...

Help identify 'points' book.

Five years ago I lost 30 pounds (with no program) in 5 weeks, just by
reducing portions. Of course I then quit and put the weight back on.
A relative has been successful with WW for years and now...
