Aldi's grocery sto All high carb foods?!
There isn't one near where I live now (we have a Sav-a-Lot,
I'd rather have Aldi's)
We have BOTH.... Save A Lot and Aldi's
I'm assuming that both have high carb foods

Besides, blueberry carbs are 68% sugars, yet it's one of the foods
Atkins recommends early in OWL. Pineapples are 70% sugars (both have
the same carbs/kg). Not much difference, until you look at...
