something that sounds so bad and is so high caloric. I would dig a

Check out this recipe

My Living Cookbook software tells me that one patty is 1200

(I'm in 32's now).

I know it's not as drastic as someone who...

Today I weigh 2 pounds above my goal weight,

Pish...2 pounds. You're at your goal. :-)

I realize now that my "goal" has a plus or minus 3 pound swing, and
I'm okay with that.

What point is rock bottom?

For me, it was almost when I had to slink into JC Penney and buy size
40 jeans. The actual rock bottom was when those got tight and I
actually considered buying 42's.

That very day I started WW...

How to consult with a physician if you have no insurance or money?

What I'm looking for is a 1500 calorie per day diet that is painfully simple

Cooking and diet don't mix.

I love to cook and I love to eat. The key is meal planning and not
having any last minute "What should we eat" days.

I don't exercise portion control either, I just cook healthy food and
eat til...

I love maintenance mode

I had a few indulgences this past week. We had a prime rib feast on
Saturday, and last Friday we had pizza.

I gained 4 pounds, but in 4 days of going back to Core, it's gone.
