and an orange vs orange juice is different as you need the fibre to help

shocked when they find out I have a 15 year old son... they all thought I

unless you go for bison, which is heartier in flavour, and almost zero
fat...

but if you're making a stew, wouldn't the juices and fat remain within the
stew? therefore wouln'dt not taking out 1/4...

purchase a scale!!! I highly recommend it... 3 oz of chicken is a lot more
than you'd think but cheese is sooooo small in portion... but works for a
quick snack...

home container with your meal... then put half of it in the box when you
have portioned out what you want to 'point' out,...

what I've been doing, because its just my son and I, and he needs lunches
for school, I make one large dinner thing on sunday, lasagna, stew,
cassarole, thick soup etc... and calculate all the points...

I mentioned a book in one of the other threads called 'what makes my blood
glucose go up... and down?...

I highly recommend it, it shows a lot of what you can have with combos
etc...
