Fibre intake

I think I'm doing good then at between 30 to 45 g a day. Nothing seems
to be wrong with my body in any way...

What do people here take daily?

I have a multivitamin and a scoop of protein powder, I was thinking of
adding a fibre supplement and a fish oil capsule.

Thanks, I didn't see any without salt when I was at the grocery store
last night. I'll keep my eye open at our other grocery store chain
next time I'm there. They are still around fresh this time...

Is it OK to eat canned salmon everyday?

I'm unsure why you would eat the same thing daily as that may make you
bored with your food and more likely to binge. Any lean protein is

Why not cook a bunch of fresh chicken breasts, cut them into thin
slices and freeze them into sandwhich sized servings for putting on
your bread! Same goes for beef, pork, etc...

I think I speak for almost all mom's when I say that it is hard to fit
relaxation into a schedule of feeding, bathing, cleaning, cooking,

If I recall correctly, her mom was always buying high sugar & high fat
