I'm finding the standard weight-to-BMI charts to be worse than useless --
something that's been commented on a fair amount here. I tried the Health
Central one one out, and at least for me it seemed to make some sense:

It measured my bodyfat at about what I'd imagine it at and gave me a BMI

sounds like it could be reasonably accurate (22.5%). So having said that,

anyone tried out this site? Any thoughts on it? D'ya think it's any better

This site puts me at 19%, which is close, but a little low. THen there are
