I'm looking for instant soup, shakes, and meal replacement bars to replace
the isagenix soup, shakes, and meal bars.

I'm trying to do this diet without bustin the bank. any ideas what items I
might could use as a replacement and save some money in the long run?
maybe something I could pick up at the local Walmart or Coscto. the
nustritional content should be something that is low in fat, low in sodium
and high in protein. it has been difficult to find products low in
sodium.
