No real researcher would take the contents of some registry as empirical evidence.

I'd be willing to bet money that one could find more than 27 people right
here in this newsgroup who have maintained a 30-pound weight loss for a year
or more.


I have lost 72.5 pounds in the past year and am still losing weight.
