It's also ridiculous. It says a person should eat no more than 2 grams of
protein per kilogram of body weight. At 236 that means I could eat up to
214 grams of protein. That's about twice what I usually eat. At 150 you
could eat 136 grams, my average per Fitday is 111, average calories 1807.
And from what other people say about what they eat I think I am probably
higher in protein consumption than most. I don't think many people eat that
high a level of protein.
