Recipes that I have, if interested in any let me know. With a few simple
alterations, most of these recipes can be considerably lower in calories.
I did a cabbage and apple bake I got from Woman's World, except I baked
it with a FF cottage cheese base instead of canola oil and cut out ALL the
fat.
I'm finding the more I experiment and blend fruits and vegetables, and
the more variety, the easier it is to stay "pure"
and mostly meat free.
