Anyways, the RDA is a decent guideline, and nutrition labels are fairly
accurate. Some people choose to eat a higher percentage of carbs, or
different ratio of carbs/protein/fat. I personally eat around 40% fat, 40%
carbs, and 20% protein. But my fat tends to be the healthy type - like from
avocadoes, nuts, fish and olive oil. Also, my carbs are more from high
fiber sources like whole wheat, fruits and vegetables, and beans.
