Just curious how you came to decide that you would try a 2000 calorie
diet?
Good question. Presntly am 265-ish, 6'2", moderate activity. The numbers
just seem to work out that way. Actually my goal is 1800/day, but that's
hard to stick with. I'm about to up that to 2000-2200 per day.
Also, it was convenient to use as an example since the package labels are
based on 2000/day.
