Default Missed

I missed posting my weigh in last Thursday. Well I actually didn't get
weighed till Saturday and as I post at work couldn't post. I cut bread out
last week and replaced it with Brown Rice don't know why. Anyway I lost 3
pounds. Yipeeeeeeee

Only 18 pounds to go to goal
