We can all speculate, but we are carrying ourselves differently, and also
probably getting more active. I tried some back exercises on a new piece of
equipment and pulled a side muscle- my neck hurt because I can now tilt my
head back farther with out the neck fat.
I was also very surprised at how stiff I had become- I definably can use
some workouts

I'm also suddenly having lower back pain (more in the quadratus muscles

the erector spinae), after losing 30+ lbs doing low carb. I'm doing a
recommended
array of exercises for direct treatment of this, with some benefit.
Seems
like it may
be slowly going away. Fast weight loss certainly seen to be able to
throw a
person
out of balance. Funny I never had such problems when gaining weight....

For me it's in my hip sockets. Walking and driving can be pretty
uncomfortable sometimes, but sleeping is the worst. I sleep on my side,
and now I have to have a pillow between my legs, but I move around in my
sleep so much that it doesn't stay there, so I wake up with aches in
whichever leg is on top.
