the fact that I am eating too much in the way of processed food.
If you do the following, your BP is very likely to increase:
1) Eat NO processed foods and junk food. Capitalists put so much
sodium into processed foods for a simple reason: to hide their bad
taste.
2) Lose 10% of your body weight
3) Walk
These are standard suggestions and they work wonderfully. I had
moderately high BP and doing the above solved the problem
completely. Today my BP is 123/67.

My blood pressure was normal last time I had a doc appt.(about 4 weeks ago),
I about **** my pants! I told the nurse her blood pressure cuff or
something was broken, made her take it again! It was normal both readings!
I have had high blood pressure for 22 years (it is hereditary), and I am on
2 medications for it.
