A little better - the "Snack" was at 2:00, just before I left for work,

student blow me off.)

7 1/2 hours without eating is long. Atkins suggest never going 6 hours
without eating something. (slowed metabolism concept I think, but also
letting hunger build/starvation-body may react). Think about rolling
up the roast beef and cheese into a finger snack. Tossed in ziploc. Or
use a vegetable that you can eat with a dip in a tiny tupperware
container (celery and tuna salad). Pork rinds. Sliced Pepperoni &
cheddar. Refrigeration can be an issue. I brought my lunch to work and
6 deviled egg halves. I ended up working late (14 hours) and in the
evening every 2-3 hours I had another 2 eggs. It let me control my
appetite while being stuck working on a computer system for 8 hours
straight.

I repeat: At no time may I eat in front of my (one-on-one, no breaks,
creank them out one right after the other, I don't schedule my own life)
students. 7.5 hours may be a long time, but it is what is. If this is
what's killing a faster weight loss, it is what will have to be.

I do NOT get a break - I work in a very different setting - it is VERY
bad form to do anything but sip water in front of singing students.
