Well I am officially back after lurking for the last month or so. I am
still having major health issues but need this group to stay on track.
I am not sure what I weigh at the moment officially but my morning
weight seems to be about up 3 kg. I have gotten slack with my habits

Good to see you Michelle, and welcome back! Way to go on catching the weight gain
while it is still small. I am in the same boat, so we can work on this goal together.
