Like I said, I seem to be maintaining.
I have been having some problems the last couple of weeks. I lost my job,
and got fairly down about that - so I ate.. I also bought peanut butter

other day, bad move.
I'm a compulsive overeater, and trying to deal with that and adjust my

is tough.
But today, I am right on target! No binging, and it's already 4:48 pm. I
know I'll be fine!!!
I'm doing a combination of Weight watchers and Nutrisystem. And I have had
alot of success with the combination. Just need to keep going on both, and
not give up.
I also just tried Pilates last night for the first time. What a great
little
workout. My abs are definitely feeling it today. Ah, what a feeling. I'm
also going swimming tonight, as long as I can find my nose-plug, and will
do
about 45 minutes.
I can feel it.. I just know I'm going to succeed.
