I am wondering about that tooshrug *I just bought a Vitamix machine.

You can also make coleslaw and various other vegetable dishes. Be sure
to make your own mayonnaise as the store bought ones are junk.

Hmm, does *anyone* make a decent packaged mayonnaise?

Actually, I think Hellman's and Kraft are perfectly fine.


Soy oil kills Hellman's for me. AFAIK, all the national brands are
based on soy or canola oil, not very good.
