Thanks Willow. I'm still feeling good about it. It's one of my biggest
obstacles so to have beaten it gives me faith that I can keep beating
it.
Had a good work out day yesterday but a bad food day. But instead of just
ignoring the whole thing I sat down and figured what went wrong.. and
rewarded myself for the work out !
That's great. Find the positive and don't be too hard on yourself.
I think I'm on the right track.. you know.. just thinking things through and
taking mishaps as a way to learn instead of as a failure.. gotta practice
what I preach !
I love having you on this group. It's nice to know that even leaders
struggle with it sometimes.
