Default Day 54 and still 25 pounds gone.

Great to hear about Caleb giving you inspiration. He is inspiration
for me, too. Keep what you're doing! I suggest that in every post you
write the weight you started at, the weight you are at now, and your
weight goal. It gives us right away an idea of your progress. Losing
weight had an immediate effect of importance: I can perform better at
hockey because of my lighter weight, I can run faster. 17 pounds help
a lot.
