Hi, Eddie. Yes, Friday is my weigh-in day and I usually post then. But
I suddenly got called on a business trip so didn't get to post until
Saturday. Now I'm in the U.S.

I don't have a scale here, but I will journal and catch up with actual
weigh-ins as I can.
