Default Low carb sources in Maryland

There's a great Low Carb Store in Hagerstown, Maryland called the
Lo-Carb Station. An entire store full of Low Carb Products with Low
Carb Soft Serv Ice Cream available on the weekends. They also have a
website that you can order on @ www.lo-carbstation.com. Their phone
is (301)739-3372. Check them out.

Few and far between, at least in my area (I wish someone would open a
low carb store here!) but things are looking up in the grocery stores.

Within the past week I've found:
- Safeway is carrying more Atkins and other low carb products. They'd
been carrying some, but the local store expanded the selection and it
now includes the chips (although they are more expensive there than at,
say, CVS down the street. They even put Diet Rite sodas in the display,
so someone has been reading a newsgroup somewhere G. They also are
carrying Hood low carb milk and other LC ice cream and LC breads (well,
lower carb breads although not as low as the specialty LC breads).
- CVS (see above) they carry some snacks and have the lowest price for
the chips of any place I've looked so far.
- Shoppers (Shoppers Warehouse? - it's whatever the local Metro turned
into) - I was surprised at the low carb display they have. They have one
of the longer shelving sections (8 ft or so, I can never judge) and 3 or
4 shelves. They have lots of bars, various chips and snacks, including
the baked cheese thingies, LC pasta and spaghetti sauce. And (FINALLY!)
in the refrigerated section I found La Tortilla Factory tortillas; ok
they only had the small herb ones but it's the only place I've found
them locally so far (our Trader Joes and Safeway don't carry them, even
though I know they do in other states).

Two other old standbys :
- David's Natural Market in Columbia. Despite having lots of high carb
"health" foods, they have a growing low carb section. This is the first
place I found O'Solo muffins and I've found a variety of LC breads (as
low as 3 GM for 2 slices), hamburger rolls and bagels. They also have
lots of bars and LC candies. http://www.davidsnaturalmarket.com/

- 1-Stop Sugarless Shop in Essex (Essex-ish, it's on the opposite end of
town from me so I'm not sure exactly what neighborhood it calls itself).
http://www.sugarlessshop.com/ They have the O'Solo muffins and sweet
rollz and some LC bread and candy bars, but not much else. It tends more
towards stuff that's sugarless but still pretty high carb.

So now the big question: does anyone else have any good finds in the
central MD area? I keep hoping maybe there is an unadvertised low carb
store lurking somewhere...
