i don't quite understand this reasoning. by eating more fruits and vegetables,
that group is thus eating less fat (almost none at all in veggies, and then the
rest of their diet obviously must be mildly healthy) along with their fewer
calories. moreover, those who have lowered fat significantly in their diet have
also lowered their calorie content. for example, lowfat milk, cheese, and
butter are all significantly reduced in their calories.
