Pilates and Peanut Butter Pancakes
If I skip exercises, blame it on the lowly peanut.
One of my favorite breakfasts is a peanut butter pancake, (One egg and
one tablespoon peanut butter plus a pinch of baking soda).
Since PB is calorie dense, I don't keep it on hand all the time but
when I do a big conflict always arises.
Exercise is before breakfast. But there have been times when I wanted
that PB pancake so badly that I put off the Pilates until later, which
never came.
This morning, exercise and a hot shower made me feel I now deserve that
fresh squeezed organic orange juice, fluffy PB Pancake and tall Allegra
freshly ground coffee (the Whole Foods House brand)with a dash of
vanilla and cinnamon. Besides, I'm stalling. Today is election day in
Canada and many of us will be undecided until the polling places open
at 9:30 a.m.
I'm voting for whoever supports the peanut farmers!
