:: C'mon, Zoul, you have been studying Usenet, nutrition etc for a long
:: time now. You can come up with general parameters to work from and
:: specific parameters if you tried.
::

Perhaps there is a need for sex without procreation!

Why? Really Obese people can go a year without eating.

Why?

Why? What if one person thinks this is no problem while another finds it
very difficult?

No ****. Still, there are issues that are hard to put in place. How, far
does one go before worry about muscle loss. What if the fasting triggers
more eating -- it might be counterproductive.

there is not much reason to concern oneself with that, imo. if I'm been
LCing all week and I know I'm going to ride 65 miles on Saturday, then I
know I'm low on glycogen and I won't be able to push very hard on the bike.
So I get some carbs. of course, I can tell my state of glycogen storage
quite easily by looking and daily weight changes.
