I've heard about the dangers of fast weight loss... mostly that chances

are
high that you will gain the weight back, or that the reason you're losing

so
fast is from unhealthy/incomplete eating habits.

I lost a lot of weight during induction. Then I didn't lose anything for

2
or 3 weeks. I have upped my carb intake. I eat more nuts, wayyy more
veggies, and more fruits than I did during induction. I even had a cup of
wild rice one day and still lost 5 lbs that week. I'm at about 40 carbs a
day now (although I do not count exactly every item and write it all down,

I
just sort of keep track in my head each day).

Right now, I am very very happy with my weight loss progress. I feel
wonderful, I need smaller clothes, everybody can tell I've lost weight,

etc.
But in the back of my head... I was only expecting to lose between 1 and 3
pounds each week. I'm wondering if something is wrong, because I've been
losing more than that. I exercise moderately.

I really don't want to sound like I'm complaining - I love this way of
eating. I don't feel constantly hungry anymore. Food tastes

fantastic.
I don't crave all the foods I use to love/be addicted to. I'm just a

little
worried about my progress not being typical.

A sample of a daily menu:
2 cups of salad greens, cucumber, tomato, celery, onion, w/ grilled

chicken
on top and about 2T of ranch dressing.

1 ounce of nuts

Some homemade Egg Foo Young (eggs, 1 T soysauce, a cup of cabbage, a cup

of
chinese-stir-fry-veggies, some mushrooms, saute'd) - delicious!

some strawberries or blueberries or maybe an apple

6 oz of grilled salmon, with steamed veggies & melted butter & cheese
