I looked at the 8 weeks since I made goal, and I have lost 4 pounds. Steady
loss until this week on my averages, all over the place on the official WW
because of my clothing adventures. I may go to the meeting this morning in
my old shorts just for fun, and to prod a couple of friends who are having a
hard time
