happen to live a life that's not yours?

Part of why I'm such a big low carb fan is I am able to lose
without hunger while low carbing. A week or two of hunger to
clean my body out of stored glycogen carbs until the cravings
turn off, then without hunger most of the way down towards
my ideal weight range. Sigh, if only lack of hunger and easy
to stay on meant hard to fall off. Even with low carb, going
over a certain carb intake level means turning on the cravings
all over again.

I find it easy to maintain my weight by avoiding high carb products and
doing a little walking.
I feel energetic and clear headed.

Recently fell of the rules and gorged on cakes, muffins for the last week
and now feeling tired and confused.
Back to crashing at 3PM for a power nap too.

Need to get back on track and get off this high carb addiction!
