If you're going to pay for diet software, I'd suggest you try the
shareware package LifeForm (
http://www.lifefitnes.com) instead of
Fitday. It's easier to use and has a lot more good nutritional
information included in its database. I found it invaluable when I was
in the weight loss phase of my low carb diet.
