Very Good Ice Cream for all of you that can stand a few extra carbs. I've
been on LC since Sept 03, and am at steady 180 from 204. Retired (57 y/o)
and exercising (walking) almost every day. Feel good.
The diet is pretty routine, but I still read labels. Way too much trans fat
in products.
