No one, including myself, said that you should drink during Induction. You
said you read The Low Carb Bartender? The book explains repeatedly that
drinking during Induction is ill-advised. And 4 beers on 5-18 and 3 ounces
of booze plus six beers on 5-10? The Low Carb Bartender is all about
MODERATION, not cheating. Go back and read the book again.

Doesn't matter if the carb count of Rock Green Light is 2.4 carbs, not if
you're going to drink six of them. The recommended daily allowances for beer
are no more than two 12-ounce servings, for distilled products no more than
two 1.5-ounce servings, and for wine no more than two 5-ounce servings.

Still and all, you lost 6 pounds while drinking.

The Low Carb Bartender

I have been recording calories as well as carbs while doing the LC, and I
can tell, as some of you advised, alcohol has really hindered weight loss.
I was at 273lbs at the beginning of this two week period. Now I am at 267.
I should have lost about 10lbs. So, to all the nay sayers I say you are
right in that alcohol in INDUCTION is bad juju, but I did not completely
stop
loosing weight.
