my breakfast was actually a congee based soup with spicey asian sauce and
asian vegetables added, 3 pts, then a turkey and swiss on ry with reduced
swiss ff mayo and a great tomato. 6 pts for that, i am at 24 right now so
not bad. i did a few more exercises but still not through the daily routine
yet, starting it over i am not sure how far i will get, its been a while.

I started the day with a banana, swam a mile in 55 minutes, and had a very

I gnawwed a large carrot to death while preparing dinner!

21.5 points altogether. I'm on 19 per day, and had saved up 2.5 points
from Friday and Saturday, so I still haven't touched the 4.5 the swimming
earned me.

I'm trying not to use earned points. I want to stick with the poibnts
allowance only as far as I can.
