As many other people will answer you, you can't loose weight if you eat
more than you burn.
What's most interesting in LC is that you may not have to cut the
calories yourself. They will cut themselves.

I find it very, very hard to put on weight doing low carb.
And after a few days (weeks), you will find that you eat less and less.
The only thing you have to do is listen to your appetite. As your
appetite will decrease each day, you will eat less .
