Default Day 25 -- 16 pounds gone -- the weight loss will certainly slow

265/249/200 16 pounds gone in 25 days.

It was fun getting on the scale this morning and seeing that it was
lower than yesterday by two pounds. I think that all the easy pounds
are now gone and it's going to get more difficult.

Today I had about 800 calories so far, and I probably will have several
hundred more before bed, for a total of about 100 to 1200.

I'm weighing myself again every morning on a balance beam scale but
I'm never moving the little indicator higher to show the temporary
weight gain which may be due to water, roughage, etc. With this system,
the only news I will get from the scale will be neutral or positive. I
wouldn't have it any other way as I lose weight. (Once I reach
weight, I will be more interested in "honest" weight, but right
now, I'm using the scale for motivation as well as an honest
measure.)

Anyway, took me a while to put this weight on and it will take a while
