Thanks for the ideas.
I need to find that thickener stuff.....I know the gravy isn't too
high a count, but every one I save there I can add to the spud count!!

Cooked cauliflower is a bit tough for me to take...although I do like
it cooked and then later in a refrigerated salad with oil and vinegar
and seasoning.....broccoli too.

I am not too sure about the canned gravy......
