Does anyone know if the Crystal Light Sunshine drink has any hidden
carbs in it?
The label says 0 per serving, but it has 10 calories, if it has 0 fat,
0 protein, and 0 carbs, where are the calories coming from?

Look at the ingredients list. I looked at the peach tea flavor, which lists
0 carbs and 5 calories per serving. The ingredients list includes corn syrup
solids and maltodextrose. Those are probably the source of the calories, and
can assumed to contain carbs. If the label says 0 carbs, then the actual
carb count should be 1/2 gram or less per serving. I'd count it as 0.5 g
carb. Be sure to keep track of servings you use, as a big glassful may be
several of their defined servings.
