Typical Monday -- gym, shopping, then home.
Food:
* 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & golden raisins
* 11:00 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy breakfast bar
* 2:30 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup; Tootsie Pop
* 7:30 (home): large salad w/ greens, veggies, ~5 oz. surimi
(imitation crabmeat), a sprinkling of goat cheese, & l/f ginger soy
vinaigrette; 1 glass wine (South African Chardonnay)
* 8:00 -- 11:00 (home): another glass of Chardonnay
Exercise:
* 10:15: Lifting: chin-up negatives; cable chest flys; lat pulldown;
cable rows in a squat position; bench press; seated DB shoulder press;
seated DB forearm curls; standing DB curls; seated overhead DB triceps
extensions; DB later & front raises (alternating); triceps pressdown
* 11:15: 75-minute yoga class
* 12:45: Swimming: 400 meters
